30 weeks!!

The baby is about 3.5 lbs and roughly the size of a head of lettuce all curled up inside me but about 18" long.  I'm still feeling good and able to do alot of the "normal things". The only thing that is really getting to me is the amount of time I spend emptying my bladder. Today I am keep a tally out of curiosity and I'm nearing 15 visits to the porcelain god since 7am.  I will ease up on my water consumption around 7pm so that I don't have to make a bed on the bathroom floor. Other then that, I am getting anxious and more and more excited.  I go for a checkup next Wednesday so we will see how he/she is cooking in the Easy Bake Oven. 

29 weeks

I'm 29 weeks this week. Feeling surprisingly great and counting down the weeks (11 btw) until we meet our awesome little peanut!  We have finalized both the boy name and girl name!  I received the best news yesterday.  My Uncle Pat will be here from October 7th - 15th for my delivery (now baby just needs to cooperate). I am very blessed to have him be a part of this special time in my life. Enjoy my 29 wk. picture. We decided to switch up the scenery for you all.

28 weeks and feeling it

Here I am 28 weeks!! Definitely feeling the 3rd trimester that all the books and friends warned me about. But, I couldn't be happier. The kicks are getting stronger and stronger every day. This is my favorite part. I love feeling the baby move inside me. It never fails though. The second I grab for Dan's hand to feel the baby move, peanut stops moving.  Although last night he did feel some good kicks. Finally!!!

27 weeks

I am officially in the home stretch!! 13 weeks to go. I went for the last ultra sound yesterday with Peanut's Grandma (my momma), and everything looks wonderful! They had to get a better measurement of the spine since last time he/she wouldn't cooperate.  We also coaxed the ultra sound tech into a profile pic, and we found the baby looking studious with the hand under the chin. Too freaking cute!! He/she was also just chillaxing comfortably with the legs crossed.

26 weeks

This picture is from last week (July 6th-10th), but I forgot to post it so, here it is.  I am feeling stronger and stronger kicks everyday! Its an amazing feeling. Sometimes they are pretty powerful.  Little peanut is about 2 lbs and 15 inches from crown to rump so he/she is getting big!! I will post the 27 week picture tomorrow (Tuesday 7/12) and on Wednesday, we have another ultra sound. YAY!! Luckily, he/she didn't cooperate at our 19 week ultra sound so my OB ordered another ultra sound so they can get a better measurement of his/her spine.  I really looking forward to ultra sounds.  I wish I had a machine at the house. I would watch him/her all day!

25 weeks. Yup. Ill post more later.

Baby's Room

Thank you to my amazing parents for buying us the crib, glider, dresser and bedding. You guys are amazing and will be the most amazing grand parents!! It looks amazing!!

This weekend Amy came over and we painted the nursery. Thank you again Amy!! Saturday, Dan put together the dresser, glider, and crib. The nursery is looking great. Here are a couple pictures of the nursery so far. Paisley was quite inquisitive through the painting but especially when the furniture started going up. She could definitely sense that something was up.

I'm also putting up a picture to show you all the theme we have picked. Its slowly coming together. I'll have a belly pic mid week. I'm definitely starting to finally feel pregnant as I make my way into the 3rd trimester.
